3 days of training (starting at 6am), 6 sessions of personal brainspotting (in this training), 72 hours of feeling sleep deprived.....yet, 3 days of pure enrichment and healing and attunement to bring to my clients. So I had to indulge in a little self care this afternoon. . Got my hair done, and made homemade low-carb pizza! Now to binge watch some TV for a little bit! Enjoy your Tuesday!!
