The Communications, Video and Technology Act (CVTA) reintroduced this week by Senator Edward J. Markey & Congresswoman Anna Eshoo will bring online up to date with new since the original 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) passed in 2010.

For example, CVTA requires for online video programming & built-in accessibility functions for video conferencing services.
