I explored solo today at the edge of one of the largest cities in the U.S. My heart of hearts loves taking people with to discover the marvels of this planet but I am always drawn to an early morning barefoot wander, a wild swim, pods of dolphins, anemones and mussels and crabs, oh my. I hope you’ll let me take your hand sometime as I encourage you to remove your shoes, put down your electronic lives and your worries, and just remember to be a part of all this magic.

Go daydream about where we could go and let’s do it.

All are welcome, of course. This dance is silent disco style so you’ll pick your songs, find your fellow fans, and be in charge of the volume. 🎧✨

All month long join us for all-levels hatha vinyasa style yoga. Bring a pal, dress in layers, drop in or pay in advance for the whole month. This is nothing-fancy yoga, true to the basics with attention to our wintertime bodies. Modifications can be made for all types of aches and conditions. Make a plan to join us! Message me with any questions or just to let me know that you’ll be there. ❤️
