I’m getting picky with my protein! 🧐 When it comes to what I put in my body, I’m all about those clean ingredients and great nutrition.

The best part? My husband and I can finally agree on a protein shake! 🙌 We’ve been loving these FlavCity shakes lately, and having tried them both, we can confirm they are seriously yummy! 😋

I am personally in love with the Cinnamon Roll, while my husband is all about the Shamrock (which, by the way, is a way healthier version than the one you’ll find at the McDonald’s drive-thru! ☘️🚫).

I truly believe that when you put better nutrition in your body, your body will perform and be in better alignment. As someone who practices Reiki, I’ve learned that our physical health directly impacts our energetic flow. When we fuel ourselves with clean ingredients, we keep our "vessel" clear for energy to move freely:
