You sit all day everyday.. working.. driving.. watching tv… cradling kids…lifting…now remember to move… then massage. Our bodies were meant to move and not be stagnant. Stress builds up from everyday positions we hold ourselves in. Emotions.. and life. We cannot eliminate stress. What we can do is breathe, stretch, workout, meditate, massage. Repeat repeat repeat..
