IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM PARK FAMILY DENTAL!

Good news! We are open and functioning again! Thank you to those who reached out with words of encouragement during this unfortunate incident. Again we apologize to everyone affected!

Bad news, we have lost some of our data from December 19 - December 23rd. We have sent it out to a specialist to try to get it retrieved, but the process takes several months, if even possible.

If you have an appointment anytime this year that was scheduled anytime between 12/17/22-12/23/22 (either via phone or in person), PLEASE CONTACT US so that we can make sure you are on our schedule!!

As of today, our server remains broken. Our IT crew will be back tomorrow morning to keep working on it. We are really hoping they can fix it sometime this week but the timeframe is out of our hands.

If you have an appointment scheduled this week (1/3‐1/7) please contact us ASAP so we can keep you updated. We cannot see our schedule and do not know who is supposed to come in. You can call or text us at 815‐267-7878. Please leave a voicemail if we do not answer!

We are very frustrated by this situation and understand that it may be frustrating to our patients as well. We apologize greatly and will do our best to accommodate everyone when we are functioning again! Thank you for your patience!

Our server is broken 😔. Due to these unforseen circumstances, we are unable to treat patients at this time. We also cannot make appointments, accept payments, or do any insurance inquiries. We understand that this will be a huge inconvenience to our patients, especially this time of year. Our IT team is working hard to get things up and running again!

If you have a scheduled appointment, we apologize for not being able to contact you. We cannot access our schedule, therefore we have no way of knowing who is supposed to come in.

Please understand that we simply cannot function without our computers. Most of our equipment does not work without them. Even if you are coming for a "simple cleaning", we cannot access your chart, x-rays, notes, medical history, or insurance info. This means we cannot do our job properly and thoroughly and could be considered negligent. Although that may not matter to you, it becomes a legal issue for us.

Please call or text us to talk about your appointment at 815‐267‐7878. We will add you to the contact list for when the server is up and running again and do our best to accommodate everyone who needs to reschedule.

Come visit our booth at Plainfield Fest for exclusive specials for our Plainfield office! We will be there on Saturday from 11 - 6 and Sunday from 12 - 6. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
