✨🪩🎙️GROW POST🎙️🎼🎤✨

We had THE BEST tour to date! Our groups got to meet the hosts of the Smiley Morning Show,Matt from 95.5 WFMS, and Stu Classic Hits 104.5 WJJK. Everyone was so welcoming and answered all of our questions. Matt shared some totally rad experiences with us. Our groups were so pumped to have this experience. It's definitely going down as an absolute favorite, we were blown away.

📣📣🎉🥳🙌🏼GROW UPDATE 🙌🏼🎉🥳📣📣

To say our groups have been BUSY is an understatement!!!! They have planned and experienced so many fun and new things these past few months that the time has just flown by!

In April our groups decided to participate collectively in a group step challenge. Their goal was to walk the same amount of steps it would take to walk from GROW’s front door to the Vegas strip by 6/13/2025.

THEY DID IT!!!!

Everyone participated in new activities, contributed with ideas, and actively participated as a whole to reach their goal.

From the owners, to their staff, all the way to the other gym members they helped keep our groups motivated and excited about reaching their goal. Someone always has something positive to repeat about their experience after working out at the gym. We cant express enough how welcoming and supportive EVERYONE has been to all of our individuals.

We cant WAIT to see how our groups challenge themselves next!

Today at GROW…

We spent our morning working out.

Congrats to Whitney! She crushed her goal this morning and took a picture to commemorate. Our group and even a few of the other patrons gave her a celebratory cheer.

Our groups enjoy K2 Fitness so much. We definitely feel like we are a part of the gym community and have a place to belong. The environment and the staff keep our groups motivated and excited about their health and wellness.

We have a few health challenges coming up and our groups are excited to work on their goals and achieve them together.

February GROW

What a month we had at GROW! We got to do some awesome things!

We made some new friends at A Senior Retreat, Adult Day Services who allowed us to volunteer with them. It was so much fun they want us to come back next month and we can’t wait!!!

Huge shout out to Knead the Dough Bakery, LLC for giving us the grand tour. They really rolled out the red carpet and gave our group a great experience. We learned how they make their award winning donuts, answered every question we could possibly think of, and we even got to try our hands at a little cupcake decorating.

As always Rascal's Fun Zone was a blast. Their staff are top notch, the facility is always squeaky clean, and per usual it was so much fun!

Combat Ops Entertainment was a total hit! Our groups can’t wait to go back and try out some of the other things they have to offer. Their staff are wonderful and really added to the experience.

Club Connect came for a day and taught us how to do a fun Valentines craft. We made decorations for the Sweet Heart Dance that was Sponsored by Arrow Services Indiana

We did some firsts this month from visiting new places, experiencing new things, learning new recipes, crafting, and meeting new friends!

March has just as much fun to offer! We have Skill Speakers set up including one of our GROW individuals will be teaching us a new skill. New activities, crafts, games, and outings all picked by our GROW groups.
