We not only focus on fitness in our members, but also nutrition, conditioning, and overall health in your mind and body. We provide many class times, one on one personal training, foundation classes, group classes, Teens classes, Sports Team training, Adaptive athletes and much more! Class times are as follows:

M-F: 5:30am, 6:45am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 12:00pm,--- 4:30pm, 5:45pm, 7:00pm

Saturday: 9am (Team workout)

Sunday: Open Gym 9-10am

We’re just over one week into our nutrition challenge, and the momentum is already real 🙌🔥

Huge shoutout to Steve, who’s leading by example and stacking wins every single day. He’s upped his training from 3 days a week to 4, started meal prepping like a pro, cut out Red Bull and alcohol, and is already down 7 pounds. 🤯👏

These are the kinds of positive, sustainable changes that create lifelong results — and we couldn’t be more proud of you, Steve!

She’s been rocking it at CFP for 2 years, always finding time to fit in workouts no matter how busy life gets. From crushing WODs to bringing the energy during the Open, Laura shows up, stays consistent, and makes it look easy (even when it’s not 😉).

Today we honor and thank all who have served — the men and women whose courage, sacrifice, and dedication allow us the freedom to do what we love every day.

In recognition of Veterans Day, our CrossFit classes will be completing the Hero WOD “Chad” — 1,000 step-ups dedicated to Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson and all those who’ve served our country.

It’s more than a workout — it’s a reminder of grit, purpose, and gratitude.

Every one of us has a gap — that space between where we are today and where we want to be. But that space isn’t closed by wishful thinking or shortcuts. It’s closed by showing up, putting in the work, and building the kind of habits that move you forward.

We’ve got two more months left in 2025 — the perfect time to set the tone for 2026. The holidays might get busy, but we can’t wait to see who keeps showing up and finishes the year strong!
