Here are a few simple ways to make sure your body is keeping up with your training
😴 Sleep matters
Aim for 7-9 hours. This is when your body does its best repair work.
⛽️ Fuel your body
Prioritize protein, don’t skip meals, and stay consistent with your nutrition.
💧 Hydrate
Water supports everything - performance, recovery, and energy.
🚶 Active recovery
Walk, stretch, or do light movement on rest days to keep things flowing.
🙆🏻♀️ Mobility work
A few minutes a day can reduce soreness and prevent injury.
👂🏻 Listen to your body
Feeling run down? It’s okay to scale or take an extra rest day.
