We not only focus on fitness in our members, but also nutrition, conditioning, and overall health in your mind and body. We provide many class times, one on one personal training, foundation classes, group classes, Teens classes, Sports Team training, Adaptive athletes and much more! Class times are as follows:

M-F: 5:30am, 6:45am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 12:00pm,--- 4:30pm, 5:45pm, 7:00pm

Saturday: 9am (Team workout)

Sunday: Open Gym 9-10am

Huge shoutout to our CFP athletes who kicked off 2026 by being part of the January Committed Club.

You showed up early, stayed consistent, and did the work even on the days it would’ve been easier not to. That kind of commitment sets the tone—not just for your own goals, but for the entire gym.

Danielle is the definition of consistency. She shows up, puts in the work, and quietly gets better week after week.

She mixes Burn and CrossFit, jumped all in on the nutrition challenge (finishing 2nd overall—right behind Steve 💪), and never misses a chance to be part of the community—Christmas parties, Open events, all of it.

One of our favorite wins? Watching her get so much stronger since starting—recently graduating to the 35lb bar on some lifts 👏 That progress didn’t happen by accident. It’s effort, consistency, trusting in the process, and being strong at every stage!
