The First Response Wellness Foundation is very excited to announce that within the coming days, we will have a brand new website to serve you with!

The First Response Wellness Foundation is proud to provide first responders with mental health, training, and wellness funding across the United States. With that being said, the most important link between us and the care, is the website.

Our website directly allows you as a first responder to ask for anonymous support, which we will proudly provide.

Not just that, it also provides a gateway to success as a nonprofit, it allows sponsors and donors to find our foundation and support the community of first responders that we help.

Our current website is still up and running, but we promise this new website will be even better when it launches!

Yesterday on 02/16/2026 Officer Brian Elliott of the Beech Grove Police Department (IN) lost his life in an act of senseless violence. Officer Elliott was a graduate of class 233, the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.

Officer Elliott was the best of the best. He scored the highest out of the entire academy class and was a squad leader, always helping everyone, even those outside of his squad.

This line of duty death hits closer to home for our foundation, 2/3 of the board members for this foundation went to the police academy with Officer Elliott.

On behalf of the First Response Wellness Foundation, we offer our strongest condolences to the family of Officer Elliott, and his second family at BGPD.

We ask that you keep Officer Elliott’s family in your prayers.

To the person who valued 2 more hours of freedom enough to take Officer Elliott’s life, you lost, you never had a chance. You picked a fight with some of the best officers in the nation.

We trust that the Marion County justice system will carry out justice swiftly.

Dear Admin,

This is directed towards any administrator that needs to hear the truth. Your men and women talk and we hear them, we know the feelings they share and we know their displeasure. But there is a deeper issue with all of this.

Your failure to recognize and care for your people from the start of their career to the very end is going to kill them. Your failure to commit to furthering them through training, or mental health is going to kill them and that is blood on your hands.

Whether that person is your favorite employee or not, you are failing your people by not investing in them.

To that same point, if they do take their own life or die in the line of duty, you owe everything to that person. That person was a human being with a family, acknowledge them, share their story, love them as a human and not just the career they had.

Do better administrators, the office chair is comfortable, but there’s men and women suffering beneath you.

We are here for you - you are NOT alone. We serve first responders nationwide, reachout. We will support you.

Our organization was founded to provide first responders across the USA an outlet. We operate completely anonymously, your information is never shared with your agency and we never ask questions.

The only things we need is basic identifying information because we are providing money to either a counselor, training company or wellness program. None of this is shared with anyone except the people you authorize it to be shared with.

it’s fast and easy to get your help covered 100%. No insurance necessary, we don’t care about that, we care about making sure you get the help you need.

The First Response Wellness Foundation was founded by three law enforcement officers, we understand the fear of speaking up to admin and asking for help. We remove that fear, happily and proudly.

It’s snowing in the north, so we figured you needed something to brighten your day if you’re unlucky enough to be snowed in!

This is Maverick, one of two therapy dogs that are apart of the First Response Wellness Foundation. Maverick is trained and can be utilized to assist first responders experiencing any sort of emotional distress.

Today is a somber day, it’s a day of remembering those who we lost to a senseless act of terrorism on September 11th, 2001.

A incident that may feel long ago, still has impacts on people today. Families lost their loved ones, whether civilian or first responder.

First responders till this day are still being diagnosed with 9/11 related illnesses.

This isn’t just about the day itself, it’s about the lasting impact, the attack on our country, and the lives lost.
