On my journey I always talk about healing and listening to our spirit guides. This year has been one of many changes. The end of 2025 feels especially heavy because I lost my rock the one who helped me find myself again. After my divorce I had to relearn how to live, how to breathe, how to hope. My mom was here through all of it… and now with her passing, this is a new chapter I never imagined writing.

But if you are grieving too, I hope these videos and messages bring you clarity and comfort. This is not the end. There is so much more after this life.

Love never leaves us. It simply changes form. Your mom isn’t gone she walks with you now in a way that no distance or death can touch. 🦋

Months ago, I painted something without fully understanding why. I just followed the pull in my heart, trusting my spirit and my intuition.
Today, while editing a photo, I suddenly saw it.
The image in front of me mirrored that painting not identical, but undeniably connected. I turned away from my computer, ordered the poster, and then looked back at my painting with tears in my eyes.
This is what it means to follow your intentions.
This is what happens when you listen to your spirit guides.

I felt in my soul that this day was coming for my mom. And even in the deepest grief, I hold onto what I teach others love never leaves, it only changes form.
She may no longer be here in the physical, but I know she walks with me now in spirit.
She is my guide.
She is my angel.
She is my purple butterfly. 🦋

I love you forever, Mama. 💜

This holiday feels different… softer, slower, sweeter.
Having my boys with me reminds me of what truly matters. The laughter in the next room. The quiet moments over coffee. The way time seems to pause when love fills the space. These are the memories I’ll hold onto when life gets busy again.

I’m learning to enjoy the slow moments instead of rushing through them. To trust that this new chapter of life even when it’s uncertain is leading me somewhere beautiful. I don’t have all the answers, but I have faith, gratitude, and a heart that’s finally ready to heal.

This season isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. About growth. About choosing love, again and again.

Although I am thankful for growth and change, I won’t pretend this year hasn’t been hard.
The holidays have always been my favorite time of year… yet this season has brought unexpected anxiety and a quiet kind of grief. It’s strange how you can be deeply grateful for blessings while also mourning the way things used to be.
I haven’t put up the Christmas tree. I haven’t done the shopping.
But today I will.
Not because everything feels perfect but because love is still here. Because moments are fragile. Because I don’t want to take for granted the people who still show up for me when life keeps changing.
I’m learning that healing isn’t about recreating the past…
It’s about honoring it while bravely stepping into what’s new.
And I hold onto this promise today:
“See, I am doing a new thing… I am making a way in the wilderness.” Isaiah 43:19
If this season feels heavier than usual, you’re not alone.
We’re allowed to grieve and still choose joy even if it looks different now. 🤍

Whatever name your soul connects to… there has always been guidance, protection, and quiet strength carrying me through.
Sometimes the hardest seasons are not meant to break us but to shape us.
To prepare us.
To align us with something greater than we can see right now.
If you’ve been struggling in silence… if you’ve been holding it together when no one notices… keep going.
Your story is still unfolding.
Your breakthrough is still ahead.
And your strength is deeper than you know.

🌑 New Moon — The Last One of 2025 🌑

The final New Moon of 2025 is not just another lunar cycle it’s a sacred pause, a breath before the turning of the page.

This New Moon asks us to slow down and reflect on who we’ve become through everything this year has taught us. The victories, the grief, the quiet moments no one saw, the courage it took to keep going when the path felt uncertain. This is a moment of gentle closure, not rushed endings.

Energetically, this New Moon carries the power of release and intention combined. It invites you to lay down what no longer belongs in your next chapter old fears, worn-out patterns, self-doubt and to plant intentions rooted in truth rather than survival. What you set now is not about urgency; it’s about alignment.

As the last New Moon of the year, it reminds us that rest is productive, stillness is healing, and beginnings don’t always announce themselves loudly. Some are born quietly, in the dark, where trust is built.

Tonight, allow yourself to honor how far you’ve come. Speak your intentions softly. Trust that what you’re calling in is already finding its way to you.

Why is it that I have a messenger’s heart?
Because even when my discernment feels cloudy, Spirit still guides me back to center.

Life isn’t always easy as a medium. Sharing messages, holding space for others, and navigating energies can feel heavy at times… but it is also one of the greatest gifts I’ve been entrusted with.

I’m reminded that even in moments of doubt, I am still guided. I am still protected. I am still meant to shine light where others may feel lost.

Being a messenger isn’t about perfection it’s about courage, compassion, and trusting that the right words reach the right souls at the right moment.

If you’re walking this path too, remember: your gifts were given to you for a reason.

The lessons.

The heartbreaks that taught you strength.
The moments of joy that reminded you why you’re here.

The quiet whispers you listened to… and the ones you’re finally ready to hear.

As we step into this month—into this threshold energy—ask yourself:

What am I calling in?

What energy do I want to bring into the New Year?

What does my higher self desire for me?
