The loss of my mama is something I navigate every single day. Grief doesn’t disappear… it changes each day. Some days it’s quiet. Some days it’s heavy. But every day, I choose to keep going.

I find something even in the smallest things to keep me motivated. A reason to create. A reason to grow. A reason to breathe through this all.
I’ve been learning how not to stay in the sadness, but to transform it into purpose.

Intuitive painting has become sacred to me. When I sit down with a blank canvas, I don’t always know where it will lead. There’s no strict plan. No forced outcome. Just feeling.

Just trust.
And somehow… something beautiful always emerges.

Maybe that’s what healing is. Not knowing exactly where you’re going but trusting that something meaningful is unfolding.
I miss you every day, Mama. But I carry you in every painting. 🤍
