Been working on some big orders but I had time to crank these out. ☺️. I love how the border collie turned out. He looks like he’s waiting for the command from his master to round up the cows. These are made with my usual skin loving recipe and are available after a 30 day cure to ensure a good hard bar that will be long lasting. $8 each plus shipping.

Here’s some cute spring soaps I’ve made just for fun, Spring is coming!! Before you know it you’ll see flowers blooming everywhere. The turtles resting on their sandy beach… this beach includes colloidal oats for conditioning and flax seeds for gentle exfoliation.😉. Lard and tallow makes these bars so gentle on the skins. The state of Montana bars are the perfect size. I have another mold but it is big and awkward to use so I was happy to find a smaller mold. Got some thoughts on how to use it more creatively in the future….

Spring is on the way-I’m sure of it! These bars are made with a combination of lard and tallow, both of which have great skin benefits, along with coconut, olive and avocado oils which are nourishing and conditioning to the skin. The lather Is fluffy and luxurious! Wash up with a little bit of Spring!!

I belong to a soap group that gives me access to a club called the Soap Challenge Club. Every month there is a different design challenge presented and judged. It is a great learning opportunity and it is fun! This months design is called a Spoon Plop design and it is exactly what the name implies. You wait for the perfect thickness and then plop your blobs of soap in the mold however you want. In doing the first one, I realized how fun it was and proceeded to make 3! Only one could be entered, but I think all 3 are fun colors and designs!

I read in a group that many people love coconut oil soap. So I decided to do a test. I love coconut oil for so many things. It is a healthy oil for cooking with, it has many great qualities in skin care and I put a small amount in my dogs food for the health benefits. The soap turned out great, I love the whiteness of the bars and the lather is phenomenal. It will be fun to see if that gets even better with curing.

Ever tried lard soap? It’s actually great for your skin. This bar is made with 95% lard and 5% castor oil with kaolin clay and full fat goat milk powder. I could not help myself, lard soap had to have pig embeds in it! 😉
