Several full-time and part-time employment opportunities are available for newly licensed LPNs with a local home health agency, Revolutionary Home Health.

From Revolutionary Home Health:
Our agency offers an excellent environment for new LPNs to begin their careers, allowing them to practice to the full extent of their scope and confidently apply the full range of skills they have learned, including:

- IV therapy
-Lab Collection
-Medication Reconciliation and management
-Wound care and wound VAC management
-Comprehensive one-on-one patient care in the home setting
-Extensive Patient/Caregiver education

In addition to hands-on clinical growth, our nurses join a supportive team of seasoned professionals who consistently help one another and maintain a strong culture of collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning.

To ensure new graduates feel fully prepared, we provide a comprehensive and extended orientation process, including skills training, shadowing, and a gradual transition into independent patient care. Our priority is to ensure each new nurse feels confident, supported, and set up for success before caring for patients on their own.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or if additional information would be useful.

Warm regards,
Brandon Feldra
