Layden Chiropractic Chiropractic Chiropractic adjustments have been shown through research to be the most effective treatment for back pain, neck pain and headaches.

Providing chiropractic care including, but not limited to diversified adjusting technique, Cox Flexion/Distraction technique and myofascial release along with therapeutic exercise. The Cox Flexion/Distraction technique has been shown to be effective in treating patients with disc injuries with radicular pain. Radicular pain can also be due to stenosis in the neck (cervical spine) and lower back (lumbo-sacral spine). We also provide modalities such as ultra-sound and interferrential current therapy to help reduce muscle spasm and/or tightness and promote cellular healing and reduce pain. Chiropractic care depending on the doctors office is sometimes limited to the spine. At Layden Chiropractic we also treat extremity injuries such as carpal tunnel, sprain/strain of the wrist or elbow and tendonitis (sometimes tendonosis). We also treat rotator cuff sprain/strain, tendonitis or tendonosis of the hip and foot pain. Our office also scans patients for orthotics to help those patients that either have excessive pronation (flat feet) and or too high of an arch.
