We had such fun celebrating Hanukkah tonight! Fried treats, songs, dreidel (such a great way to practice math and symbol recognition!), and plenty of chocolate gelt!

What fun!!!!! PARC celebrated holidays tonight with lots of delicious food, music, fun, and a visit from Santa!! Extra special thanks to the Wheeler YMCA for hosting us! Happy holidays, everyone!!

We're so proud of our Adult Life Skills class members! Financial literacy is vital for EVERYONE, and instructors Jill and Bailey have been creating real-life scenarios to help our friends understand budgeting and shopping. PARC is improving lives!

There is only one acceptable R-word: "Respect."

1 in 4 Americans have a disability. The language used about us MATTERS. It matters to us and to our families, caregivers, siblings, friends, and neighbors. The R-word isn’t a punchline—it’s harmful.

When we choose respect over the R-word, we create a world where everyone is seen, heard, and valued.

Respect is no joke, and it’s time we started treating it that way.

The holiday spirit was alive tonight as our members created their own custom tree ornaments! These activities promote fine motor skills, creative thinking, and seasonal awareness for our friends with developmental disabilities - AND are an awful lot of fun!!

PARC promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes by providing family centered support, direct services, and advocacy.
