Our CEO, Ben Nobis, attended the StoneX Ag & Dairy Market Outlook Conference to connect with industry leaders and gain insight into the economic and market forces shaping the dairy industry today.

Conversations around commodity markets, global supply, and feed economics help strengthen the strategies we bring back to the farms we work alongside.

Because helping dairy producers succeed means staying informed, forward-thinking, and engaged in the industry.

Most dairies don’t have a data problem, they have a decision problem. Milk weights. Components. Activity monitors. Feed systems. Repro records. Health events.

The information is there. The question is: Are you using it to drive better outcomes?

The dairies that win won’t be the ones with the most technology. They’ll be the ones who turn data into:
• Earlier issue detection
• Stronger transition cow performance
• Better feed efficiency
• Improved labor ROI
• Lower cost per hundredweight

When data is organized and tied to a plan, it stops being noise and starts becoming profit.

At Nobis Agri Science, we help dairies connect nutrition, management, and financial performance so information turns into action.

Technology should support the farm, not slow it down.

Feed shrink isn’t just spoilage, it’s often the hidden cost of:
✔️ Overfeeding
✔️ Mixing variance
✔️ Inventory errors
✔️ Handling loss
✔️ Inconsistent procedures

Even small system leaks can add up to feed you pay for that never becomes milk.

The good news?
Reducing shrink by just 1–2% can have a meaningful impact on feed cost and profitability.

At Nobis Agri Science, we work upstream through feed ordering and delivery to help prevent waste before it reaches the feedbunk.

Read our latest article to learn where shrink is really coming from — and how to reduce it on your farm.
