As part of my Positive Psychology certification course I am asked to do some PPI (positive psychology interventions) makes sense, if we are going to ask others to do them we should know what they are and how they feel. I had to write a gratitude letter to someone in my life and it read it to them and I had to write a gratitude letter to myself. I haven't read the letter my person yet but soon will, however just completing these tasks have made me feel lighter. I encourage you to try one or both of these things and I would love to know how you feel after!
