Patients are juggling winter holiday schedules.

In December the no-shows spike. Make sure to send out reminders and no-show follow-ups to protect your schedule. And now is a good time to make sure that you have your fee schedule, including no-shows, listed in the office on the wall, and also signed by the patient in their file!

Such exciting new opportunities!!

We are excited to announce that we have been licensed at our second location in downtown Worcester, MA. We are ecstatic to bring our integrative, innovative approach to mental health care and recovery care, in conjunction with our community partners, the greater Worcester community.

We will begin servicing clients at our Union Street location shortly, and are excited for them to experience our beautiful yoga studio and wellness studios, health and wellness rooms and services, and top tier group, family, and individuals therapy services with our incredible team of providers.

We will continue to provide our services in our ELM location, and look forward to offering more exceptional care to more people.

Medicare new telehealth rule:

Existing clients before 10/1 have to have an in person session yearly. New clients have to have an in person session before doing any telehealth sessions.
