Hi, my names Tessa. I’ve been training one on one clients and teaching group exercise for over 5 years. I’ve worked with athletes and body builders, to people who have never set foot in a gym or worked out. All of my clients get a customized program to fit them as an individual and their life goals.

A healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of. My goal is to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

After a year of exploring the Colorado Mountains, I am back in NH/ MA. I am taking on a few more personal training/ small group cleints. Flexibility for in person or zoom training. I also offer programming and nutrtion for people who want to do it on there own but just need a little guidance. I get asked often what I take for daily vitamins. Bellow i’ve listed what I take daily. Keep in mind everything I take has been gone through and suggested by my doctor. Every person is different and may require different or additional vitamins.

Vitamin D3: Your body produces vitamin D naturally when it’s directly exposed to sunlight. You can also get it through foods and supplements but to ensure adequate levels of the vitamin in your blood it can be beneficial to take as a daily supplement.Benefits:

After an hour lift, 45 min spin class, meal prep for the week, laundry and A 2.5 mile walk with my pup it’s time to wind down and get ready for the week.

Tuesday Tips: Learn to love your body through all the stages. We all go through times of weight gain and loss. The scale isn’t always the best indicator, remember that. We all carry weight differently, it’s about what your comfortable with. I’ve been working out for 10+ years consistently and I can tell you i’ve been through all kinds of stages with my body and what i’m comfortable with. Find your happy weight,m and remember your beautiful no matter what the scale says.
