I get asked often what I take for daily vitamins. Bellow i’ve listed what I take daily. Keep in mind everything I take has been gone through and suggested by my doctor. Every person is different and may require different or additional vitamins.
Vitamin D3: Your body produces vitamin D naturally when it’s directly exposed to sunlight. You can also get it through foods and supplements but to ensure adequate levels of the vitamin in your blood it can be beneficial to take as a daily supplement.Benefits:
