Bipolar Awareness Day is an opportunity to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and support those living with bipolar disorder.

Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition characterized by shifts in mood, energy, and activity levels, including periods of depression and periods of elevated mood such as mania or hypomania. With proper diagnosis, treatment, and support, individuals with bipolar disorder can lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

Let’s replace judgment with education, stigma with compassion, and silence with supportive conversation. 💚

If you or someone you love is struggling, help is available, and hope is real. Give us a call.

When you need more support than weekly therapy — but not inpatient care — an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) can help bridge the gap.
Our Behavioral Health IOP provides structured therapy several days a week while allowing individuals to continue living at home, working, or attending classes. Through group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building sessions, participants gain tools to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges in a supportive environment.

You don’t have to choose between your daily responsibilities and your mental health. With the right level of care, healing can happen while you stay connected to your life. 💙
If you or a loved one could benefit from more structured support, we’re here to help.

Happy First Day of Spring! 🌷
As the days grow longer and the sun shines a little brighter, spring reminds us that renewal is possible — in nature and in ourselves.
This season is a gentle invitation to:
🌱 Step outside for fresh air and movement
🌼 Reconnect with supportive people
☀️ Set small, hopeful goals
🌸 Give yourself grace as you grow
While spring can boost mood for many, it’s also okay if you’re not feeling instantly refreshed. Healing and growth happen in their own time. If you’re struggling, reaching out for support is a sign of strength.
Here’s to new beginnings, brighter days, and prioritizing your mental well-being this season. 💚

Drug & Alcohol Facts Week® 2026 is all about sharing real facts — not myths — about substance use and mental health. Knowledge empowers healthier choices and opens the door to prevention and recovery.
Here are a few important facts:
🔹 According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, early drug use increases the risk of developing a substance use disorder later in life.
🔹 The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration reports that millions of Americans live with a substance use disorder each year although many do not receive treatment.
🔹 Addiction is a chronic but treatable medical condition that affects brain function and behavior. It is not a moral failing.
🔹 Treatment that addresses both mental health and substance use disorders together leads to better long-term outcomes.
This week, let’s replace misinformation with science, reduce stigma with understanding, and encourage those who are struggling to seek help. Recovery is possible. The right support makes all the difference. 💙

Did you know sleep contributes to mental health? Healthy sleep hygiene allows the brain to process emotions and regulate moods properly. When you get enough sleep, you reduce reactivity in a key part of your brain that helps manage stress and anxiety. When your sleep habits are poor, your risk of depression, irritability, cognitive decline, and emotional instability increases. 😴💙

The Centers for Disease Control estimate 2.8 million Americans suffer a traumatic brain injury (TBI) each year. These types of injuries can impact physical functioning as well as changes in personality and thinking. As a result, a person experiencing a TBI may also develop depression, anxiety, or PTSD. In addition to taking care of physical needs after a TBI, remember to care for the mental and emotional ones, which are equally as important. 💙
