Happy New Year from Reunion! As we welcome a new year, we look forward to continuing our mission of helping patients regain independence and achieve meaningful progress in their recovery. Thank you to our patients, families, and dedicated team for trusting us every step of the way. Here’s to a year filled with growth, milestones, and new possibilities. 🎉

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year full of healing, milestones, and meaningful community connections. We’re proud to have supported patients on their recovery journeys, celebrated countless therapy achievements, and helped patients successfully return home. Beyond our hospital walls, we engaged with the community through events like our Blue Flag Event, Christmas in July, Blood Drive, Trunk-or-Treat, and our monthly support groups, where we uplifted others, shared experiences, and spread knowledge, encouragement, and care.

None of this would be possible without our incredible staff. Their dedication, compassion, and hard work made every success possible. To our patients and families, thank you for trusting us with your recovery journey. We look forward to 2026 and can’t wait to help even more patients reach their goals! 💛

The holiday season is full of excitement, but for patients in recovery, it can also bring extra stress and fatigue. Overdoing it can slow healing, increase pain, or even cause setbacks.

Take it easy this season by pacing yourself and breaking tasks into small steps with rest in between. Prioritize sleep, as your body heals best when well-rested. Ask for help, friends and family want to support you! Practice gentle stretches, deep breathing, or short walks to reduce stress, and focus on enjoying small moments rather than perfection.

• Prioritize sleep: Your body heals best when well-rested.
• Ask for help: Let friends and family support you with chores or errands.
