Overview:
Partnership/Profit Sharing: PTs can choose their territory and onboard 2-3 PTAs to work under their supervision.
Rehab Accomplished: This organization will assist in onboarding agencies and reimburse PTs for their supervision role on each visit done by their PTA team.
Responsibilities:
- As the Lead PT, your duties include:
- Performing Start of Care (SOC), evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharges.
- Overseeing PTA treatments and ensuring documentation is completed within 24-48 hours.
- Minimizing missed visits by assisting in coordination and adhering to all CMS guidelines and protocol.
Financial Structure:
- *PTA Compensation*:
- If a PTA is hired at $xx per hour:
- PT earns *$x* per visit.
- If a PTA is hired at *$xx* per hour:
- PT earns *$x* per visit.
- If a PTA is hired at *$xx* per hour:
- PT earns *$x* per visit.

- Assuming each 3 PTA works an average of *30 hours per week*:
- For a PTA at *$XX/hour*:
- Potential Weekly earnings for the PT: $630
Additional Considerations:
No Investment/Risk: PTs do not need to invest upfront and will not risk losing reimbursement.
Administrative Support: Rehab Accomplished handles invoicing, which adds a layer of convenience.
