Over the past seven months, I’ve been trialing peptide protocols while also prescribing them more intentionally in practice.

What I’ve learned is this:
Peptides can be incredibly effective—but only when used correctly.

Dosing, sourcing, and consistency matter far more than most people realize. This isn’t something that should be guessed on or self-prescribed.

Sometimes the best lip filler results start with dissolving.

Over time, filler can migrate, flatten natural shape, or create heaviness through the upper lip. Instead of adding more, we dissolved to restore anatomy first — then rebuilt with precision.

Not all lines need filler. Botox won’t solve all your problems.

These “accordion lines” are often caused by skin laxity and loss of structural support — which is why rebuilding collagen can make such a big difference.

This beautiful patient of mine is shown 10 weeks after ONE treatment with Sculptra, plus a small amount of hyaluronic acid filler to the lips, nasolabial folds, and chin shadows for balance.

Notice the changes:
• softer nasolabial folds

Masseter Tox is a YES for me babes! 😍
But… that doesn’t mean it’s a yes for everyone.

Important things to note:
▪️If you clench or grind your teeth and experience pain - It will help relax the muscle & provide relief (which is amazing!)
▪️Injecting the muscle with tox will 100% cause lower face slimming
▪️Jowling CAN happen in certain patients but it’s often predictable (those who have skin laxity, weaker jawline structure, early jowls, heavy lower face tissue)
▪️Masseter tox is not one-size-fits-all! It’s important to discuss the treatment & understand the pros/cons with your injector
