More than a decade ago, Juliette Graves was working hard, learning proper cleaning practices at the Cleveland Clinic, not knowing she was laying the foundation for her future company.

Born in Tashkent, raised in New York City, and rooted in Texas, her journey has shaped the heart behind Simple Custodial Services. In 2015, she took a leap of faith and built her business from the ground up.

Through personal challenges, long days, and countless hours in the field checking quality herself, Juliette has never forgotten one thing:
