Dr McMenamy is accepting new patients and has offices in Collin county and Grayson county . He treats patients with complex pulmonary and sleep disorders including chronic cough, severe asthma, COPD , ABPA, bronchiectasis , ILD, pulmonary hypertension, sleep apnea , insomnia , narcolepsy and RBD among many others.

Dr. McMenamy is a board-certified pulmonologist. He received his medical doctorate from Texas Tech School of Medicine in Lubbock. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. He then attended the University of Missouri for his pulmonary and critical care training.
He diagnoses and treats a wide array of lung diseases including asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer and sleep apnea. He incorporates diagnostic tools including pulmonary function testing, sleep testing and advanced bronchoscopy in his medical practice to evaluate and guide selection of best treatment options for his patients. He advocates for his patients to help improve their lung function and thus, their quality of life.
When he is not working, Dr. McMenamy enjoys time with his family, skiing and reading.
