I can’t work out to music this fast anymore, but i can can keep up with this beat to eat 🐽 💃. what to do when you’re craving warm maybe beans but you also want the flavor of roasted garlic without having to fire up the oven.? boil a can of drained, white navy beans in water till boiling, drain then add 1/2 a small tub of roasted garlic hummus. smear onto pita. and assemble w your prepped bowl of fresh parsley, pickled red onion, baby heirloom, 1/2 a pickle diced, and salt, pepper, and zaatar. Airfry a small handful of skinny fries and when crispy, add to your wrap w a teaspoon of creamy dill dressing and splash red wine vinegar. if so had fresh dill and vegan feta, you know it’d be in this too
