Last week we collected toys for kids who will be separated from their families during the holidays. One Community Church sponsored the toy drive. One Community Church has locations in Plano, McKinney, Prosper, Lewisville, Garland and Dallas. The church also collects items for those in need each month for specific organizations. 😍🎄💚

Hi Lynn, Yesterday was amazing. Might seem routine for you but it felt transformative for me. My stress level was lower than I can remember in years. Of course my digestion was improved, but what was truly notable was my blood sugar. The last 4 weeks have been extremely stressful...abnormally so, even for me. My blood sugar spiked over 300 on several days which had never happened before. This week it settled down some with spikes over 200, but yesterday was different. My blood sugar stayed balanced between 100 and 150 the entire day. Most of the day it was around 115. Haven't seen that in years. Normally my blood sugar spikes in the morning. It's 110 right now. One session doesn't mean it's a trend, and other things might be contributing to the blood sugar balance, like less stress eating, but I'm very encouraged.
