Can you actually have a great healthcare benefit experience??

We had an opportunity to use our new health benefits recently.
What a great expereince. We used the telehealth to avoid going out in the frigid temps, being with sick people, waiting in line or sitting for many hours. The Dr. called in less than an hour as we were given a 2 hour window. Dr. gave us great advice and we learned something we were doing might be exacerbating the situation. He asked where we wanted to send the Rx and we picked the place that had a $0 copay and he sent it off. Picked it up later 2 blocks from my house.

Oh, did I mention $0 out of pocket for everything??

Last week we collected toys for kids who will be separated from their families during the holidays. One Community Church sponsored the toy drive. One Community Church has locations in Plano, McKinney, Prosper, Lewisville, Garland and Dallas. The church also collects items for those in need each month for specific organizations. 😍🎄💚
