QinFlow believes supporting clinicians starts with understanding their reality. That’s why we prioritize leaders with real-world experience, like John Flynt, who heads our Public Safety segment.
Before joining QinFlow, Flynt worked in EMS and later represented multiple trauma-focused products. His unique combination of field experience and industry exposure directly shapes how he approaches his role today, always from the clinician’s perspective.
“Coming from the field shapes everything I do.” says Flynt. “I ask what works at 3 a.m., under stress, in tight spaces, with real patients. If it doesn’t make sense to crews, it doesn’t matter how good it looks on paper.”
Having seen firsthand the challenges agencies face when launching and sustaining blood programs, Flynt recognized QinFlow as a team committed to solving real-world problems, not just selling equipment.
Today, Flynt’s focus is clear: continue positioning QinFlow as the gold standard in blood and fluid warming for public safety. His message for EMS, fire departments, and first responders? “QinFlow understands the realities of prehospital care. We show up. We answer the phone. We stand behind our equipment. When seconds matter, that relationship matters too.”
