At QinFlow, quality matters - not just in our products, but in our team. We’re proud to spotlight Leah Wilson, who leads the Federal Government segment at QinFlow.

Leah’s more than two decades of experience include program management, capability development, and strategic consulting for key US Department of War agencies such as the Defense Health Agency, the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency, the Air Force Medical Support Agency, and the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency.

Working directly with these agencies has opened Leah’s eyes to a critical truth: when a capability gap exists, lives are at risk. She has seen firsthand how essential thermal management is to improving trauma survivability, and how quickly barriers must be removed for frontline teams.

Now at QinFlow, Leah is focused on accelerating access to reliable, gold-standard warming solutions across federal and military medical systems.
