Who else here wants super strong and toned arms? I assume everyone. Here are 16 arm exercises that you can do at home without weights (I am here for that). Men and women can both appreciate these workouts. If you need to make it more difficult, feel free to add weights and add more reps. Lets all feel the burn! Stay positive:)

I did some research and found what we all want to know. What are the most effective exercises? Before I get into it remember that we should all be active for about 30 minutes everyday...however, everything in moderation. 1. Simply walking 2. Interval changing 3. Squats 4. Lunges 5. Push-Ups 6. Crunches and Sit Ups
If you incorporate these moves into your exercise, no matter how difficult, your workout will be effective. If you would like to see workouts including these moves make sure to like this post. Stay Positive:)
