Today is World MS Day and, ironically, it happens to occur during Lupus Awareness Month. These two seemingly have nothing in common with each other, but I disagree and will explain why. About three years ago, I was officially diagnosed with Stage 2 Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS), where my first brain lesion began when I was about 10 to 11 years old. I am now in Stage 3 (SPMS), but you would never know unless I told you; and its all because of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drinking plenty of Spring water (half-gallon to a gallon a day) and a complete diet overhaul. I won't go into the history regarding how I came to this conclusion, but I will stand on it because I'm still here, and still able. Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus are, both, lipid disorders, but on the opposite end of the spectrum. Oleic Acid and Erucic Acid are the lipids that I'm referring to, as they are the initial mitochondrial energy transport source that develops into each cell. High Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is oleic acid, and is responsible for the strength and performance of red blood cells. Mustard Seed oil is erucic acid, and is responsible for the strength and performance white blood cells. Unfortunately, Mustard Seed is banned in the Western Hemisphere. However, proven, scientific data collected over the decades show the vast benefits of mustard seed oil (erucic acid) usage in the common diet. It may have something to do with the fact that erucic acid has scientifically shown and proven, on numerous occasions, that it has SUPRESSED VIRUSES. If you don't believe me, I'll add one example following this message that comes from the case studies overseen and documented by The National Institute of Health (NIH).
- Lack of oleic acid/ higher erucic acid ratio during cell production (+ malignant cell's pe*******on of brain barrier, producing 'inflamed lesions'; only valid if lesions are present on MRI*) = Symptoms/ Characteristics of Multiple Sclerosis - because white blood cells will attack any abnormal, imbalanced cell no matter how minute
- Lack of erucic acid/ higher oleic acid ratio during cell production (+ malignant cell's pe*******on of brain barrier, producing 'overly oleic/oil rich lesions; only valid if lesions present on MRI*) = Symptoms/Characteristics of Lupus - because white blood cells will attack any abnormal, imbalanced cell no matter how minute.
