June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month. The relevancy that Alzheimer's plays, today, in regards to how this journey began, couldn't be scripted by Hollywood. However, I'd truly like to get some research and clinical trials, using erucic acid to fight against Alzheimer's, Lupus, and viruses, in general, moving forward.

- Lack of oleic acid and erucic acid during cellular formation causes cell decay = Symptoms/ Characteristics of Alzheimer's - because brain cells die due to decaying cells being sent through the hypothalamus, slowly compromising normal brain function

Due to a car accident in 1999, I ended up with a traumatic brain injury (TBI), more specifically called TCVI (Traumatic Cerebrovascular Injury). This injury effects each segment of the three cerebral arteries: Anterior, Middle, and Posterior. Through a sequence of life events, research, and "theory" implementation, I came to the following conclusion:

1. Chronic Cerebral Artery Vasculitis

- Posterior Cerebral Artery [PCA] Inflammation + Excessive and Sudden Release of Oxidative-Stress Free Radicals / Reactive Oxygen Species via the Hypothalamus due to Rapid Cell Production = Cluster Headache (It is a Vascular Disorder , not Neurological)

- Middle Cerebral Artery Inflammation (MCA) + Excessive and Sudden Release of Oxidative-Stress Free Radicals / Reactive Oxygen Species via the Hypothalamus due to Rapid Cell Production; (Supplies Internal Carotid Artery; Persistent trigeminal artery (PTA) originates just before or at the point where internal carotid artery enters the cavernous sinus. As PTA leaves the carotid, it runs extradurally below the oculomotor and trochlear nerves and medial to ophthalmic branch of trigeminal nerve = Characteristics of TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA* (ONLY if MCA Inflammation is the source of the Trigeminal Neuralgia)*

- Anterior [ACA] and/or Middle Cerebral Artery [MCA] Inflammation + Excessive and Sudden Release of Oxidative-Stress Free Radicals / Reactive Oxygen Species via the Hypothalamus due to Rapid Cell Production; (also effects Circle of Willis) = Migraine Headache (It is a Vascular Disorder , not Neurological)

* - Any one these arteries within the segments that make up the structure of the MCA can become inflamed and press against the tethering nerve.

Today is World MS Day and, ironically, it happens to occur during Lupus Awareness Month. These two seemingly have nothing in common with each other, but I disagree and will explain why. About three years ago, I was officially diagnosed with Stage 2 Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS), where my first brain lesion began when I was about 10 to 11 years old. I am now in Stage 3 (SPMS), but you would never know unless I told you; and its all because of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drinking plenty of Spring water (half-gallon to a gallon a day) and a complete diet overhaul. I won't go into the history regarding how I came to this conclusion, but I will stand on it because I'm still here, and still able. Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus are, both, lipid disorders, but on the opposite end of the spectrum. Oleic Acid and Erucic Acid are the lipids that I'm referring to, as they are the initial mitochondrial energy transport source that develops into each cell. High Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is oleic acid, and is responsible for the strength and performance of red blood cells. Mustard Seed oil is erucic acid, and is responsible for the strength and performance white blood cells. Unfortunately, Mustard Seed is banned in the Western Hemisphere. However, proven, scientific data collected over the decades show the vast benefits of mustard seed oil (erucic acid) usage in the common diet. It may have something to do with the fact that erucic acid has scientifically shown and proven, on numerous occasions, that it has SUPRESSED VIRUSES. If you don't believe me, I'll add one example following this message that comes from the case studies overseen and documented by The National Institute of Health (NIH).

- Lack of oleic acid/ higher erucic acid ratio during cell production (+ malignant cell's pe*******on of brain barrier, producing 'inflamed lesions'; only valid if lesions are present on MRI*) = Symptoms/ Characteristics of Multiple Sclerosis - because white blood cells will attack any abnormal, imbalanced cell no matter how minute

- Lack of erucic acid/ higher oleic acid ratio during cell production (+ malignant cell's pe*******on of brain barrier, producing 'overly oleic/oil rich lesions; only valid if lesions present on MRI*) = Symptoms/Characteristics of Lupus - because white blood cells will attack any abnormal, imbalanced cell no matter how minute.

What is myofascial massage therapy and why is it gaining increasing popularity? 🤔 Read on as Inspire Health myofascial massage therapist Geoff West, LMT explains:

“Myofascial Release (MFR) is a dynamic non-traditional style of massage. Our goal in MFR is to release unconscious holding patterns of contraction in the fascia. These holding patterns come from prolonged mental stress, chronic overuse of muscles, and acute injuries.

In MFR, I don’t use strokes like traditional massage I use “holds” that consist of slow, consistent pressure to the elastic and depth barriers of the fascia. When I apply these holds to the two barriers without attempting to overwhelm them the fascia will often have a deep release of tension. With this technique I am able to increase the strength of the muscles in the area, increase mobility to affected joints, and decrease discomfort and psychological fatigue. And since the fascia wraps all structures in the body, I can often treat symptoms most folks don’t associate with massage like sinus inflammation, TMDJ, anxiety and overwhelm, decades old scars, digestive system disorders, pre and post natal pains, post surgical scars, sprains and strains, addiction, and neuropathy.

With MFR, clients often experience rejuvenation, lightness of being, deep integration and union, ease of pain, the return of mobility, and a supportive partner in the vulnerability of rehabilitation.”

STEPS TO BREAK THE BAD FOOD HABIT

Struggling with giving up bad and unhealthy foods? Here are some useful quick tips to break the bad food habit. Breaking habits is not easy; go easy on yourself, weaning slowly from one food at a time. Be sure to pat yourself on the back with each victory. There are many ways to break habits: here is one way.

1 - Inform Yourself
The first step is to observe yourself: figure out when -- and why -- you eat that particular food. Watch yourself and listen to your internal conversation as you reach for that food you are trying to eliminate.

2 - Write it down
This seals it and gives you a baseline. It also makes your eating more conscious. Be sure to include all the emotions attached to the food, whether cultural, social, or just that it makes you feel good. Keep the writing for about a week while you analyse the data and look at what your usual triggers are. Write out a list of the pros and cons of this behaviour and keep a record of when you do it. Measurement of anything tends to change it and makes you much more aware in the first place.

3 - Change it up
Next, concentrate on changing up your body's environment. The African Bio Mineral approach is to change up the body conditions to prepare for replacing the bad food. Doctor Sebi recommends fasting first, but if that is too challenging, focus on cleaning your cells and gut. These are the best ways to help your body and mind respond better to change. This will also assist with addictions.
