The Lower Botanical Gardens become a playground of calm and giggles as a whole family of goats hops, climbs, and nose-bumps you into your best downward goat pose ever. All you need to bring is a mat & towel!

This weekend we had the sweetest private goat yoga bachelorette party with an amazing group of ladies who came in from out of state to celebrate their beautiful bride-to-be. From laughter during downward dog to nonstop goat cuddles, it was the perfect mix of relaxation, chaos, and core memories.

There is just something special about gathering your favorite people, unplugging for a bit, and letting baby goats climb all over you before the big day 🤍

With heavy hearts, we need to share an important update.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and health-related issues, we have made the difficult decision to pause all public goat yoga classes for the remainder of 2026 starting Jan 18th. Private events will still be available during this time.

We are truly saddened to make this announcement and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All customers with existing public class bookings will receive a full refund. If you have questions about your reservation, please reach out to us directly and we will be happy to help.
