Many of your clients think that once you have a disc herniation, that it is a life sentence. However this meta-analysis has shown that 2/3 of disc herniations spontaneously heal on their own. Many of them within months, not years.

Conclusion from the paper: “Because the overall incidence of disc de-herniation is now 66.66% according to our results, conservative treatment may become the first choice of treatment for LDH.”
