As you celebrate Independence Day, don’t forget to take care of your feet! Whether you’re enjoying a backyard barbecue, heading to the beach, or watching fireworks, here are a few quick tips:

- Wear comfortable, supportive shoes—especially if you’ll be walking or standing for long periods.

- Protect your feet from hot surfaces like sand, pavement, and pool decks to avoid burns.

- Apply sunscreen to your feet to prevent sunburn.

- Keep feet clean and dry to avoid infections, especially if you’re swimming or sweating (well once you're out of the water!)

- Watch out for sharp objects like shells or glass when barefoot outdoors.
