Individuals frequently seek my services during times of transition, when decision making appears to have a greater impact on our future directions. Often individuals may feel helpless, hopeless, frustrated, and defeated by the time they have sought help. Ideal clients are ones who are willing to explore life patterns and look for new ways of achieving their goals. I believe it is my job to provide an environment that I will allow each client to reach their life's potential.

Your counsellor listens with care to understand the factors in your life that may be causing distress and offers strategies to help reduce their impact.
