STATE SURVEY!!
Our facility is proud to have received a deficiency-free state survey. It means that all services provided at the facility meet or exceed state and federal standards.
I’m so very proud of our ROCK STARS team for this amazing accomplishment. Earning a zero deficiency rating shows how committed we are to providing our residents with the best possible care in the best possible environment.
During the re-licensure survey, AHCA field officers reviewed numerous policies and procedures, medical records and staffing reports, among other documents, and COVID-19 protocols. They also closely observed employees performing their assigned duties. Additionally, AHCA field officer interviewed residents, residents’ family members, and staff members. After the inspection was completed, AHCA determined there were no issues or violations!

Happy Thanksgiving from Golden Age Manor ALF. The residents had a wonderful Thanksgiving. The Food was delicious. Thank you for the team effort to create this special event. We are looking forward for the next party already!!
