I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend — full of laughter, connection, and maybe a tiny bit more dessert than planned. I know I did. 😅

We spent the holiday relaxing on the beach, watching the waves roll in. Even though the sun was shy and the rain refused to take a day off, it still felt good to just be with my people. That’s what holidays are all about — messy weather, imperfect plans, and perfect little moments you’ll remember anyway.

And listen… I definitely had more than one “taste test” of pie.
But here’s the thing: our bodies are resilient, forgiving, and built for real life.
A little extra sugar doesn’t undo all the work you’ve been doing — especially when you’re intentional most of the time.

Once we hit 35 (and let’s be honest, sometimes sooner), it feels like our bodies make us pay for everything we do. That’s why I live by my 80/20 rule:

80% nourishing foods that support my hormones, energy, and mood… 20% joy foods that make my heart happy.

It’s not about restriction — it’s about saying YES to what serves you… and YES to what you love in moderation.

The most important thing today?
Give yourself grace.

Its another Monday and hopefully some of you are getting to enjoy the holiday today. Either way, Monday always signifies a restart and reset for me. If I was less than perfect on the weekend, Monday was my autocorrect.

This week's challenge is in the spirit of allowing ourselves to pick back up where we last felt great.
