😞 Break-ups bring a very specific, deep, and emotional pain. It can sometimes even feel intolerable. It’s a loss and it can even present itself like grief.

The period after a break-up can be one of the most challenging times to navigate. 😣 People will always tell you that you will get through it and that they've been there, but every break-up is different and your pain is unique. Afterall, no one experienced the same relationship as you did.

❣️ Entering into a new relationship can be both exciting and nerve-wracking . However, it is also a crucial time to create healthy, strong boundaries right out the gate to set your relationship on a course to thrive and succeed.

🚨Big News 🔆 I’m officially licensed in Pennsylvania to provide online therapy across the state! PA is my home state & I’m so happy to be able to provide mental health therapy and support to the adults and couples of Pennsylvania! 🍂

😷 COVID-19 changed our normal and services became a more common, accessible, and safe option for people! I’ve loved being able to provide online counseling in FL over the last year and can’t wait to expand to PA to make therapy even more accessible to more people!
