10 years of Brightside Therapy !

🔆Holy crap! A full decade of growth, gratitude, connection, and purpose. I always had this dream. I can’t believe I’ve been living it for 10 years..where healing happens every single day! I am so incredibly thankful for every person who has trusted me to be part of their therapy journey!

🔆 Over these past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of nurturing, supporting, and empowering individuals & couples throughout the Broward County community. Walking alongside people through life stressors, relationship challenges, breakthroughs, breakups, & new beginnings has been one of the greatest honors of my life!

🔆 I’m so proud of the practice Brightside Therapy has grown into. It’s come such a long way. I’ve worked hard to create a warm, welcoming place for my clients to feel safe, peaceful, and hopeful from the moment we meet. Your journey is my priority and I’ve been so lucky to be apart of every single one.

🔆 To every client, colleague, referral partner, and supporter: thank you sooo much for helping Brightside Therapy thrive for 10 amazing years. Your trust and encouragement mean everything! 😞 Break-ups bring a very specific, deep, and emotional pain. It can sometimes even feel intolerable. It’s a loss and it can even present itself like grief.

The period after a break-up can be one of the most challenging times to navigate. 😣 People will always tell you that you will get through it and that they've been there, but every break-up is different and your pain is unique. Afterall, no one experienced the same relationship as you did.

❣️ Entering into a new relationship can be both exciting and nerve-wracking . However, it is also a crucial time to create healthy, strong boundaries right out the gate to set your relationship on a course to thrive and succeed.

❤️ Setting boundaries early in a relationship is important. It is much easier to do this at the beginning while you're both learning how to navigate your new dynamic together. You don't have to wait for things to work out, you can start right away.
