Houston postal worker Steve Marks was delivering mail Saturday when a suspected DUI driver crashed into his mail carrier, pushing it into a tree and killing him. USPS never stops!

The USPS remains open during the government shutdown. As an independent agency not funded by tax dollars, USPS operations continue as usual. Letter carriers work and are paid as normal.
