Trying not to cry as I share the immense love I have for my first baby as he turns 14 today! 🥹

Motherhood was something I always wanted and I could not ask for a better human to have made me a mom. 🙏🏻

My son has brought joy to everyone he knows since he was a baby with his chubby cheeks & squishy thighs, cutest baby voice on the planet, and hilarious songs and jokes he’s made up ever since he could talk.

I’ve learned SO many lessons in 14 years as a mom… some were incredibly hard, some were eye-opening, many were filled with joy and others with sadness. Every lesson taught me more patience, understanding, empathy and the meaning of unconditional love. Every lesson made me a better mother and a better doctor.

Watching my baby turn into a boy, and then a teenager right before your eyes is the most bittersweet experience of my life. I want him to stay little forever, but I love watching become the person he was meant to be. I want him to always want me around and need me, but I love watching him build confidence and use his own strength to fly.

My son is beautiful & kind from the inside out. He is brilliant beyond words, funny with the ability to roast his parents better than I’d like to admit, athletic, silly, chill, wise beyond his years, loves his friends & family fiercely, and has the best curly hair of any teenager I know! 🥰

Our 3rd year was a success! 👏🏼

Thank you to all of the incredible providers and businesses who joined us this past Saturday at our 3rd annual Spring Social! 🌻

Being in a room full of love, care and community was truly the best feeling… the energy was palpable!! ⚡️

I want to express my gratitude for these amazing humans showing up to make connections in our office on a Saturday when they could have been anywhere else! I also want to acknowledge how these incredible people show up for THEIR clients, patients and community. 💪🏼

We are so lucky to have the most wonderful community who always give from the heart, show up when it matters, and make a difference in so many lives! 🫶🏼

Sometimes you read a review so moving that you have to make it permanent on the timeline. 🩷

This one really made me feel a certain way… 🥹

One thing I’ve learned after caring for kids and families for 17+ years is that you NEVER know what someone is going through just by first meeting them.

It doesn’t take much to be kind, not judge, actually listen and have an open heart. I always want my patients to feel the way this mama felt. 🥰

I’m so humbled to know our staff and I were able to leave this impression… because that is who we are! 🙏🏻

A fun & meaningful afternoon being honored and attending the Chutzpah Girls luncheon at DPJCC! 🩷

Being named a “Chutzpah Girl” means you’re someone who leads with heart, courage, and generosity. It honors women who show up for others, speak up when it matters, and make a real difference in their communities. 💪🏼

Today, 30-40 Jewish women from Broward County were honored, including doctors, lawyers, judges, educators, child advocates, artists and community leaders. It was extra special to be honored next to my mother-in-law, who has been a huge part of the Jewish community in Broward for over 40 years AND to have my mom and our best family friend join us! 🥰

I don’t take lightly what is going on in the Middle East or the way some decisions have been made, but I will always stand tall and proud of my Jewish heritage & culture and as a grandchild of Holocaust survivors. ✡️

Grateful to be included in this special day. 🥰

Thanks to my social media manager for finding me the latest trends! (She is me. I am her. 😂)

I’m just a girl who was introduced to chiropractic as a teenage competitive dancer suffering from debilitating headaches. Medicine didn’t solve the root problem…. and I was frustrated! Guess what? Chiropractic helped me feel like myself again and it changed my perspective on health and life and how I wanted to make an impact in this world. ❤️

…And to be the best provider I can be. I practice what I preach. I love my work… but my career is physical. I can’t mess around, I have to stay focused…and strong!

I want to retire when I’m ready, on my terms, not because I worked myself into the ground, got hurt, or have to claim disability (like many in profession unfortunately have to).

Plus… they’re always watching. They understand that a healthy lifestyle is a part of our family’s routine. We stay active together, we eat healthy meals together, we all get adjusted regularly, and guess what? We’re pretty healthy compared to a lot of people we know. 🫶🏼

I can’t tell you how many women I see in practice who WISH they knew prenatal chiropractic care was an option for them during their pregnancy. 😳

That is what this mama told me when she started seeing me postpartum after her first baby was born and then continued to receive care for her next 4 pregnancies. ❤️

Many women have significant aches, pains and discomfort during their pregnancy as their body is changing rapidly to accommodate their growing babe and belly. From low back, pelvic & p***c symphysis issues to rib pain and headaches, you DO NOT have to suffer! 🙏🏻

Chiropractic care is safe, gentle and effective for expectant mamas! Make sure you find and work with a Webster certified chiropractor through ... I promise it makes a difference! You wouldn’t see a GP when you need a specialist, same goes for chiropractic! 😉
