And the truth is… birth doesn’t need to feel confusing or overwhelming when you’re supported well.

My heart with Abide is to walk with you through every part of this journey! Whether that’s at home, in the hospital, or somewhere in between.

No pressure.
No judgment.

Little me had no idea what God was preparing!

The sleepless nights.
The prayers.
The babies I would hold.
The mothers I would support in their most vulnerable and powerful moments.

But God knew!

Now I get to stand beside women as they bring life into the world and remind them they are stronger than they think.

Birth is holy ground.
And I’m grateful the Lord trusted me with this calling.

Abide Birth Services has been serving families for a year, and to celebrate we’re launching the official Abide website.

This space was created to serve families preparing for birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum with faith and practical support.

Thank you to every family who trusted me this past year. Your stories helped build this vision! THANK YOU JESUS 🕊️

The new Abide website will be a place where expecting families can find:

• Postpartum care
• Lactation support
• Christ-centered birth encouragement
• Resources for pregnancy and motherhood

My prayer is that this space helps families feel prepared, supported, and seen.

LOOK WHAT GOD HAS DONE! One year ago, Abide was just a calling on my heart.

This past year God has allowed me to walk alongside families in some of the most sacred moments of their lives. Every birth, every prayer, every tiny cry has been a reminder that this work belongs to Him.

And now… something NEW is coming.

In THREE days I’ll be launching the official Abide Birth Services website!!!

A place where families can learn, connect, and prepare for birth with faith and confidence.

Hiiiiii everyone! I wanted to reintroduce myself 👋🏼
I’m Helene! A wife, mama of 3, and the hands and heart behind Abide Birth Services!

When I first stepped into this calling, I knew birth was sacred but now, with every birth attended and every mama prayed over, I know it’s even deeper: Birth is HOLY!

I’ve supported many families in hospitals, birth centers, and in their homes. From baby’s first cries to postpartum tears, I’ve watched God move powerfully in every season.
My mission is still the same: to serve your family with truth, presence, and to always point back to the One who makes life possible.

“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”
