The Network Yoga The Network Yoga is a gorgeous and welcoming studio located within The Network Salon in Plantsville. We teach around 5 classes each day 7 days a week!

Our studio takes pride in providing classes for all levels that meet the needs of all busy schedules.

JON ORSINI is a certified Somatic BREATHWORK Guide on the faculty at internationally renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and T Schreiber Acting Studio.

He began guiding after many years as a multiple award-winning Broadway, film and voice ACTOR.

Jon’s mindfulness journey began in college when he started experiencing panic attacks.

Breathwork became a pragmatic, purposeful, direct way to gain personal insight, clear stuck energy, stress, anxiety and retrain breathing patterns to experience lasting presence, awareness and calm.

Jon’s approach to mindfulness is simple, effective, accessible and as one client put it “decidedly anti-sanctimonious.”

He removes all pretense and formality to invite a sense of ease, calm, healing and connection.

Supporting clients in liberating stress that has been deeply repressed in the nervous system...

Accessing inner wisdom and opening to an authentic, heart-centered, self expressed and fully connected way of being.
