Grief has no time limit. Grief never really goes away, we just learn how to deal with it differently. It can be 5 years, 10 years, or 20 years later, and you may still feel the same pain, just as you did when it happened. Take one day at a time. Be patient with yourself. Allow yourself to STOP being STRONG for everyone else and experience your own emotions. You're HUMAN and your feelings are IMPORTANT.
