Are inversion tables a good idea?
It depends. If it is a spinal muscle/ a postural stretch, then it should help. If it is a sharp stabbing pain in the center of her spine, then no it will not.
Rule of thumb:
If you're really tight, try it out.
If you feel unstable then stay away.
