Employee Spotlight:

Meet Owen

Owen is a sophomore from Warren, IL, majoring in Animal Science and Agri-Business. This is Owen's first semester working with CPR and his favorite thing about working here is planning fun events for students. Owen is currently planning 200's Nostalgia Trivia and one campus tradition he thinks every Pioneer should experience is Welcome Weekend.

If Owen had to sing karaoke he would chose the song International Harvester🧑‍🌾, his strangest irrational fear is snakes🐍, and one thing that can instantly make his day better is Oreos🍪. Owen's most prized possession is his moped🛵, if he could fly anywhere in the world he would go to Mars👨‍🚀, and if his life had a theme song it would be Dirt Road Anthem🎵. The three emojis that best describe Owen are 🚜🗣️🧑‍🌾 and if Owen could give his younger self one piece of advice it would be to get involved as much as possible.

Owen is always willing to help others out, and he has already grown so much in his first semester with CPR. We can't wait to see all that you do! Keep up the great work, Owen!

✨Meet Sydney✨

Sydney is a junior from Stevens Point, WI majoring in Industrial Systems Engineering. This is Sydney's third semester at CPR and her favorite thing about working here is being at all of the fun events. Sydney is currently working on Gingerbread House Decorating and one campus tradition or event she thinks every Pioneer should experience is the Lighting of the M.

If Sydney had to sing Karaoke she would chose the song Courtesy of the Red White and Blue by Toby Keith🇺🇸, her strangest irrational fear is loud chewing🗣, and one thing that can instantly make her day better is a coffee☕. Sydney's most prized possession is her harmonica (she can play one song)🎵, if she had to eat one meal for the rest of her life it would be steak🥩, and if she could give her younger self one piece of advice it would be that nothing is ever that deep.

Sydney is very organized and good at planning all of the logistics of her event. She is always a friendly face in the office. Thank you, Sydney for all that you do! Keep up the great work!
