October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In the United States, approximately 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer within their lifetime. In honor of spreading awareness, we encourage patients to be informed about early detection and screening options available to them. If you believe you might be at risk for breast cancer or would like more information on early detection and screening options, we encourage you to speak with your healthcare provider.

Today, August 1st, is World Lung Cancer Day! Each year, approximately 226,650 Americans are diagnosed with lung cancer. In recognition of today, we encourage patients to be informed about early detection and screening options, as well as smoking cessation resources available to them.

If you believe you're at risk for lung cancer, or would like information on smoking cessation, we encourage you to speak with your healthcare provider.
