A non-direct care worker tested positive for COVID-19. Since our first case on July 1, 2020 we have had a total of 45 residents and 94 staff members test positive for COVID-19.

While the CDC COVID-19 Transmission rate for Clinton County is currently at “Moderate,” CCNH is still requiring face masks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with wearing face masks that cover your nose and mouth.

We continue to have a supply of COVID-19 rapid tests kits and will make them available to visitors. They are located in the vestibule of the nursing home. Please help yourself.

Please defer your visit if you test positive for COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, or have had close contact with someone with COVID-19. For visitors who have had close contact with someone with COVID-19, it is safest to defer in-person visitation until 10 days after your close contact.

The New York State Department of Health still requires visitors to test for COVID-19 prior to entering the nursing home. Home rapid test kits are available in the vestibule of the nursing home. Also, please be sure to screen for COVID-19 prior to entering.
