North Country Thoracic & Vascular and Dr. Craig Nachbauer have been serving the Plattsburgh and Burlington areas since 2009. We specialize in surgical treatments of diseases affecting the lungs and chest as well as the vascular system. Ultrasound imaging is a necessary tool in diagnosing and treating vascular disease. North Country Thoracic is happy to offer our patients the convenience of completing this testing in our on-site diagnostic center. You can undergo testing and get your results in one appointment. We also offer the VNUS Closure procedure for the treatment of venous insufficiency and varicose veins. This procedure is done in the office and is covered by most insurance companies. At North Country Thoracic & Vascular, we think of our patients as our family, and we hope to provide everyone who walks through our door with friendly, compassionate care.
