Beginning August 4th 2025, our walk-in schedule is changing. Plattsburgh Medical Care patients will be able to utilize walk-in services during the following hours:

Monday: 7am - 4pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 4pm
Wednesday: 7am - 4pm
Thursday: 7am - 4pm
Friday: 7am - 4pm

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no walk-ins today, Friday July 18, 2025. We will update this post if we are able to resume walk-ins at any point today. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Walk-Ins will end at 4:00pm today, Monday July 7. There will be no walk in provider tomorrow July 8th. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Plattsburgh Medical Care is seeking a full-time LPN, preferably with experience in primary care and/or experience with Medent EHR but willing to train the right person. Must be reliable, motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Please submit resume with references to kristi.provost@pmedcare.com
