Severe Weather Delay: Monday January 26, 2026

Due to the severe weather predicted for today into tomorrow, Plattsburgh Medical Care will be delayed in opening till 10:00 am on Monday January 26, 2026. We will continue to post updates should there be any further delays or closure. Please stay warm and safe.

Beginning August 4th 2025, our walk-in schedule is changing. Plattsburgh Medical Care patients will be able to utilize walk-in services during the following hours:

Monday: 7am - 4pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 4pm
Wednesday: 7am - 4pm
Thursday: 7am - 4pm
Friday: 7am - 4pm
