Watching Rene and Alyssa try the No Hands Burpee Challenge by was a masterclass in awkward attempts and sudden existential dread.

It had them questioning gravity, their life choices, but it seriously worked their:
Explosive Strength (getting up without cheating!)
Hip and Core Control (preventing a face-plant!)

Did they regret it? Absolutely.
Did it work their core, coordination, and sanity? Also yes.
