The center serves as an academic facility for student clinicians and also provides a community service for persons with communication and hearing disorders.

We stay close with our Cardinals even after they leave the nest! Dr. Madison Bresett '20 and Dr. Ashley Gambino '04 recently collaborated on a study examining occupational stress in audiologists. This research was completed as part of Dr. Bresett's Au.D. program at Towson University.

Welcome to the Center!

The Speech and Hearing Center is supervised by faculty in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders of the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. The Center serves as a clinical training facility for student clinicians, who assess and treat clients under the supervision of qualified personnel with Certificates of Clinical Competence, and provides a community service for people with communication, swallowing and hearing disorders. We welcome new referrals!
