🤤 Our Dining Services team knocked it out of the park, yet again! 👏🏻
Do you remember the Ribbit Room at Carbur’s? Our monthly buffet’s “Ribbit Room Revival” menu included carved smoked prime rib, caramelized onions, blue cheese sauce, Horsey sauce, au jus lié, broccoli with hollandaise sauce, baked potatoes with sour cream and whipped butter, classic coleslaw, all topped off with a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie with whipped cream.

💙A great big thank you to Peru Central School District for having us back at the PACE Career Fair today! Sarah Grace and Mallory had a wonderful time sharing the joys of working at Pine Harbour with students from grades 4-12!💙

😍Residents, staff, and visitors all enjoyed this month’s “Around America” themed buffet! Today we enjoyed gumbo with brown rice, crispy mac-n-5 cheese, maple and herb roasted root vegetables, balsamic onion meatloaf, southwest roasted vegetable and orzo salad, and beignets with lavender-honey vanilla pudding. It was quite the feast! 🍽️💗 We love our Dining Services Team! 👏🏻

🇮🇪Today Sarah Grace took our Residents to Belfast, Ireland for this month’s Passport to Flavor!🇮🇪 Our cooking class learned how to make Irish Soda Bread, reveling in the history and traditions baked into this delicious St. Patrick’s Day treat! 🍀

We are so grateful for our stellar team who truly care for our Residents as they would their own family! 💗 Today we treated them with gifts of appreciation, which included a team favorite - donuts from Rulfs Orchard! 🍩 We *donut* know what we'd do without our incredibly caring, top notch team. They really are the best! 🎉😊

🇨🇳 🎉Happy Chinese New Year! 🔥🐴
We’re kicking off the Year of the Horse (specifically the Fire Horse) with our monthly themed buffet. The Year of the Fire Horse is known for its energy and boldness. Our Dining Services team presented today’s lunch with all sorts of energy as we took in the deliciously bold flavors! Our Residents, visitors, and staff enjoyed spring rolls, honey garlic short ribs, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, shrimp shao mai with ginger sauce, and a gorgeous Asian cabbage salad. For a sweet treat we indulged in sesame dessert balls with banana pudding.
