🇨🇳 🎉Happy Chinese New Year! 🔥🐴
We’re kicking off the Year of the Horse (specifically the Fire Horse) with our monthly themed buffet. The Year of the Fire Horse is known for its energy and boldness. Our Dining Services team presented today’s lunch with all sorts of energy as we took in the deliciously bold flavors! Our Residents, visitors, and staff enjoyed spring rolls, honey garlic short ribs, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, shrimp shao mai with ginger sauce, and a gorgeous Asian cabbage salad. For a sweet treat we indulged in sesame dessert balls with banana pudding.

Yesterday, we celebrated Valentine's Day in style, beginning with a delicious lobster ravioli lunch. Hats off to the chef! Then, the residents and staff enjoyed a chocolate fountain and live music during happy hour. It was a day filled with lots of love!💕
